USVORA currently ships within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days.
USVORA currently provides free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@usvora.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received and processed before dispatch.
After dispatch, eligible purchases may instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Returns and Refunds
USVORA offers eligible customers a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
You have 30 days from the applicable delivery date to request an eligible return.
