REFUND POLICY

1. Return deadline: Products  must be returned within 30 business days of receipt  . 

2.  Condition of the product: The product  must be undamaged, in its original packaging  , and free from any signs of use or damage.

3.  Shipping costs:  We fully cover the return shipping costs in both directions to make this process easier for you.

How can I return a product?

 1.  Contact us: First, please contact our customer service  at support@usvora.com  to obtain a unique return address and notification number.

2.  Prepare the package: Please carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the  proof of purchase (or a copy thereof) and the credit card number to which the refund should be transferred.

Refund

1.  Verification: After receiving the returned goods and successfully checking their condition, we will proceed with the  refund  to the credit card number provided.

2.  Processing time: The entire process, starting from the day we receive the package, can take up to  30 business days  .

3.  Confirmation email: After the refund has been credited to your bank account, we will send you  a confirmation of the transaction by email .

4.  Account Reconciliation: Funds   will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles , the exact timeframe depends on the policy of your card issuing bank.

Where is my refund? — Advice

2.  Contact  your credit card issuer  — sometimes it can take a while for the credit to be credited.

3.  Contact the  bank where you hold your account.
